1. What EliteForCheap is

EliteForCheap ("we," "us," or "our") is a hotel-deal comparison tool. We compile publicly available information about hotel rates and loyalty-program earning opportunities and rank stays by AAdvantage Loyalty-Points-per-dollar (LP/$). We surface the highest earning rates so you can decide which hotel stays will earn you the most AAdvantage status points relative to cost.

EliteForCheap is a service operated through the website at eliteforcheap.com and any related domains, applications, or email digests we send to subscribers.

EliteForCheap is not affiliated with American Airlines, AAdvantage, or any of the loyalty programs we cover. We do not represent, endorse, or speak for those companies, and they do not endorse us.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or pay for a subscription. By using EliteForCheap, you confirm that you meet that minimum age and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement (and, if you're using EliteForCheap on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business).

3. Your account

You sign in with a magic-link email. You're responsible for:

• Keeping your sign-in email secure (anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you).
• The accuracy of any information you provide (card type, status level, current LP balance) used to personalize earn-rate calculations.
• All activity that happens under your account.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, email [email protected] and we'll help you secure it.

4. Acceptable use

You may use EliteForCheap for any lawful, personal or business purpose. You may not:

• Use automated means to copy, extract, or systematically collect data from EliteForCheap.
• Resell, sublicense, or republish EliteForCheap content as your own product.
• Share your account credentials so multiple people can avoid paying separate subscriptions.
• Attempt to defeat any rate limit, paywall, or technical control we put in place.
• Use EliteForCheap to attempt to defraud any loyalty program operator, booking partner, or other third party. EliteForCheap is a tool for finding legitimate earning opportunities; we don't help anyone abuse loyalty program terms.
• Use EliteForCheap to send spam, distribute malware, or harm other users.

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund. We reserve broad discretion about what counts as a violation.

5. Subscriptions and billing

EliteForCheap offers a free tier and paid tiers (Pro and Executive). Paid tiers are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose at checkout.

Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate for your plan, unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing us.

Price changes. We may change the standard prices for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers keep their current rate as long as they remain continuously subscribed (see Founding member rate for the strongest version of this guarantee).

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll attempt to retry through Stripe's standard recovery flow. If the payment can't be collected after several attempts, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You can re-subscribe anytime, but founding-rate eligibility may not be available if our founding cohort has filled.

6. 7-day money-back guarantee and refunds

New paid subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If, within 7 days of your first payment, you decide EliteForCheap isn't worth it, email [email protected] with the subject line "refund" and the email address on your account. We'll process a full refund within 5 business days, no questions asked.

The 7-day window starts on the date of your first successful payment. The guarantee applies once per customer — it does not reset on plan changes, upgrades, downgrades, or renewals.

After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. We do not pro-rate partial-period cancellations.

Refund forfeits founding rate. If you take a refund under the 7-day guarantee, your founding-rate slot is released. If you re-subscribe later and our founding cohort has closed, you'll be charged the standard rate at that time.

7. Founding member rate

For a limited time, we offer "founding" pricing on Pro and Executive subscriptions at roughly half the standard rate. The founding rate is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active and continuously paid.

What "locked for life" means in practice:

• We will never raise your monthly or annual rate as long as you stay subscribed.
• If we tighten the free tier or change feature gating for new members, your account stays at today's terms.
• If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the founding rate is no longer available unless our founding cohort is still open at that time.
• If you take a 7-day money-back refund, your founding rate is forfeit (see Refunds).

The founding cohort is intentionally limited and may close at any time without notice.

8. Data accuracy disclaimer

EliteForCheap displays hotel rates, point earnings, and availability sourced from publicly available information about loyalty-program earning opportunities. This information may be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Rates and point awards on the underlying loyalty programs are dynamic — they change throughout the day, and the information we display may lag the original source by hours.

Specific things to know:

• The point award you actually receive is determined by the loyalty program operator and its booking partners at the time you book and stay. We do not control or guarantee point awards.
• Card multipliers and status bonuses depend on the loyalty program's published rules. We use the rules as we understand them, but they can change without notice.
• The "best price" we display reflects information captured at the time we last updated it — the price you see at booking time may differ.
• We do not book hotels for you. Booking links route you to the loyalty program operator's official booking site, where you complete your reservation under their terms.

Always verify the rate, point award, and terms with the loyalty program operator before completing a booking. We're a research tool, not the source of truth.

9. Intellectual property

EliteForCheap, the website, the brand, the logo, the curated rankings, the Status Strategy Optimizer logic, the Cap Splitter logic, the displayed math, and all original written content (including this document) are owned by EliteForCheap. You may view, search, and use the site for personal use. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, the rankings, or the data set for redistribution without written permission.

Hotel names, photos, addresses, and ratings shown on EliteForCheap are sourced from third parties and remain the property of those parties.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the service.

10. Third-party services and links

EliteForCheap uses various third-party service providers to operate the website, process payments, host data, and send email. Where a specific interaction requires you to engage directly with one of these providers (for example, entering payment details), you will see their branding at that moment and your use is also subject to their terms and privacy policy.

EliteForCheap also contains affiliate links to credit card issuers and may, in the future, contain links to hotel booking partners. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details on those relationships.

11. No warranty

EliteForCheap is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of data, uninterrupted service, and freedom from errors or defects.

We make no promise that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements.
• The data will be accurate, current, or complete.
• Any specific hotel deal, point earning rate, or status outcome will be available to you.
• The service will be available without interruption.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteForCheap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost savings, lost loyalty points, lost status, lost bookings, lost data, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid EliteForCheap in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless eliteforcheap.com and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service in violation of these terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any content or information you submit to the service.

14. Termination

You may stop using EliteForCheap at any time by canceling your subscription and (optionally) deleting your account from the account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period unless covered by the 7-day guarantee.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we determine in our sole discretion that your use of the service poses a risk to us or other users. We may also discontinue the service entirely at any time. If we discontinue a paid plan you've prepaid for, we will refund the unused portion.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't agree with a change, your remedy is to stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You and EliteForCheap each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
