Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making EliteForCheap usable by everyone, the standard we follow, and how to get help.
We want everyone to be able to use EliteForCheap, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If anything on the site is hard to use, email [email protected] and we'll help and fix it.
Our commitment
EliteForCheap is committed to digital accessibility and to providing a website that is usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project, and we work to improve the experience as the product evolves.
The standard we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites, and we use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a forward-looking best practice. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML structure with descriptive page titles and headings.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, with decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Labels and accessible names on form fields, buttons, and interactive controls.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, search, dialogs, and the checkout flow.
- Attention to color contrast for text and interface elements.
- Support for browser zoom and responsive layouts on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Known limitations
Parts of EliteForCheap rely on live, third-party data (for example, hotel photos and information sourced from the underlying loyalty program). Some of that third-party content may not always include complete accessibility information. We are actively working to identify and remediate any barriers. If you encounter one, please tell us — real-world reports help us prioritize fixes.

- What to include: the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if you know it.
- Our response: we aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 5 business days and to resolve issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
